Bullion Items and Final Sale Items - Non Cancellable, Exchanges Only
The value of precious metals fluctuates regularly, and price values are subject to change prior to purchase.
1. The Term "Bullion Items", for purposes of this provision, refers to ungraded silver, or gold legal tender coins; and silver and gold bars of rounds.; as well as any other items branded or marketed by the company as "Bullion Item", prior to customer purchase.
2. The term "Final Sale Items" refers to any item that is "marked" as a final sale in its listing description at the time of purchase.
3. Bullion items and final sale items may not be returned or cancelled for any reason, at any time, but in the event of a manufacturer defect may be exchanged for the same item with in 30 days, with in the Company's sole discretion, if otherwise available.
